Sonscape is a fully furnished home located on the second story with a large wrap-around deck that can be accessed from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom to enjoy amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. The home offers approximately 2000 square feet of living space that includes 2 private bedrooms, an office with a day bed and trundle bed, a spacious living/dining area, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and its own washer/dryer. All linens, dishes and cookware are ready for your use.
Stroll our sandy beach, relax in a hammock, enjoy magnificent sunsets and incredible stars. Refresh in tranquility. Locals claim this sandy beach is the best spot on Cayman Brac to watch the sunsets. Guests say this is the nicest natural sand beach on the island and offers excellent snorkeling and diving right off the beach. There are a lot of small shallow reefs that have an assortment of colorful fish, sea fans, brain coral, sponges and soft corals. This is a favorite snorkel area for resort guests and locals who come to enjoy. Some of the best dive sites are in front of Sonscape.

Summary: Sonscape served our needs well. This is a spacious home and all our needs were met—communication with manager was excellent! Perfect beach location. This was our 4th visit with friends to Brac and we hope to be back next year!

Summary: Beautiful location on north side of Cayman Brac. Good private spaces inside and out. We appreciated being to able leave windows open, unlike some newer listings which require you to run the A/C - not why I leave Canada in February! We also rented the downstairs unit so we had lots of room for our party of 6 adults. Krista is very responsive to questions.

Summary: We have stayed at several rentals on the island, this is our favorite house,location and owners.Two balconies to gaze at the sea,perfect for eating all meals. Bedroom windows and living room windows all look out to the water. Safe,quiet neighborhood for walks at night to see night herons.Excellent snorkeling right out front.The art is amazing in the house,painted by previous owner.

Summary: The sunsets from the beach soothed our soul. The house and our interactions with the owner and manager exceeded our expectations. We will be back. This portion of our trip was much more fulfilling than Grand Cayman. We will book only here on The Broc next time.

Summary: Quite an amazing and unique home, many many windows with views of the sea,the view from the balcony is so special ,different than just being at ground level looking at the water,lovely!
